The above are some of the projects we were involved in master planning.They include Thika Greens Golf Estate,Twin Rivers estate,Sunlakes Estate Thika,Kisima Park Lukenya and Lukenya gardens Estate.
Project Description
Client: PRIVATE AND CORPORATE
Location: Nairobi and its surrounding counties
Area: Planning ranges from 1 acre to up and above 500 acres.
The projects typically requires subdivision of large parcels of land into smaller quarters or an eighth of an acre while providing amenities such as roads,schools,commercial areas,offices and services such as sewer and drainage.
About Planning
A master plan is a dynamic long-term planning document that provides a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development. Master planning is about making the connection between buildings, social settings, and their surrounding environments.
A master plan includes analysis, recommendations, and proposals for a site’s population, economy, housing, transportation, community facilities, and land use.
