The hotel:The building will have a 3 star express hotel tailored for both local and international clientele. The 98 bed capacity hotel will have panaromic view of the city centre owing to its location.

The restaurants and eatery:The building provides exquisite restaurants with panoramic view of nairobi CBD.Other amenities will include Conference halls,Gym,Spa,outdoor bar with infinity swimming pool.
